Murraybank Caravan Park is an established park on one of the prettiest bends of the mighty Murray River.

The park in situated just out of the Barmah and Millewa National Parks – home to the world’s biggest single stand of River Redgum.

Murraybank Caravan Park is approximately 20 minutes drive from the rural township of Mathoura, which is situated midway between Echuca-Moama and Deniliquin.

Murraybank Caravan Park is a family-friendly and dog-friendly (on leash) caravan park offering caravan and camping sites, both powered and unpowered. There are a limited number of sites on the river banks at the top end of the park, as well as a large, flat grassed area at the other end of the park.

We also have 5 cabins with either 2 bedroom (sleeping 4) or 3 bedroom (sleeping 7) configuration.

There is plenty to do in the park itself – guest enjoy lazing away days on the banks of the beautiful Murray River. Bring your fishing rod and throw in a line, but don’t forget to get a fishing licence first – these can be purchased from nearby Mathoura.

There is a small beach for the kids to play, the bigger kids can float from Picnic Point back to the park on a lilo or even just in a life jacket.  For those with a boat, there is a boat launch at Picnic Point only five minutes down the road. Onsite facilities – including swimming pool, tennis court and basketball – will keep the kids entertained, and there’s even room to kick your footy. See the Activities page for more ideas.

There is also a courtesy bus to the Mathoura bowling club if you want to take a break from cooking! You can book via the office.
